Deep Dive Experience
Healing begins when someone bears witness. Our human experience is shaped by the stories we tell ourselves. They might be good stories, or bad stories; stories about hope and survival, or fear and death. What we believe, truly believe, becomes our reality and most of us don’t even have access or awareness of the stories we are telling.
Our stories become intertwined with and conflated by the stories of society, of our families, our parents, which makes navigating life fairly complicated, even for someone who is “spiritually aware.” The fact of the matter is there are certain moments in life that have a deeper impact than other moments. The hard and tricky part about healing trauma or achieving optimal performance is we are (most of us) blind to most of our own limitations (blind-spots) and the most inaccessible places in our mind are deeply affecting the rest of our life.
The biggest step I took in my own personal healing journey is realizing that I can’t do all of it alone.
After just one clearing session with Joseph, I woke up the next morning in an entirely different physical body, with a different, healthier relationship to the people around me. Things that may have triggered me before suddenly bounced off me and I remained at ease. I had clarity about my “Yes,” and “No,” that I’ve never had access to before.
